In Budapest, there is a statue of a great man riding a noble steed. This man played a pivotal role in the history of Hungary. Note the plumed helmet, the sword at his side, and the saddle that looks like a rich, magical tapestry. As you've guessed, I neither know who he w
as nor what he did. What's important is that I read that students would sneak out to the horse and touch the horse's testicles for good luck.So many have stroked the balls that it is the only part of the statue that is not covered in a patina from decades of being exposed to the elements. In fact, these balls are as just smooth, brassy, and clean as my own scrotum, according to Mike. (picture at right)
Mike could not resist molesting the statue. We tried to restrain him, but he broke free of our grasp and ran to the statue. Below we see Mike, world traveler, climbing the pedestal, stretching his arm out, and touching them as the rays of God's light shines down upon him.
It may also be that we egged Mike on. In any case, the horse balls brought us tremendous good fortune. I highly recommend that anyone going from Budapest to Transylvania give them a stroke.

It's embarassing to have this out there for everyone to see! Yes, I touched the balls! I could not resist! And Louie said I was completely a rube! He said that the horse balls weren't realistic at all and that anyone from Hancock county would have been able to tell the sculptor that a horse's vas deferens are more pronounced and that they are slightly closer to the shaft. Such verisimilitude was not my goal, I just wanted the luck. But I appreciate Louie's dedication to detail in what was so obviously supposed to be a representational statue.
I remember when we saw a picture of Michelangelo's David and Lou said, "Yeah, that guy's all right. But there's a guy at Kammerer who is like twice as hung as that."

I wish you hadn't let cat out of the bag about my friend at Kammerer. He's married, and if Denise finds out that Bud has been hanging out(no pun intended) at the Kammerer truck stop/porn store, boy will she be pissed.

I've been doing a lot of studying of the paranormal lately thanks to all the Halloween programming on the Travel Channel and I think you have it wrong, Lou. Those lights are not rays from got, but a ghost or supernatural spirit of some sort.
Congratulations!! You have documented proof that ghosts exist!!
Or maybe it was aliens. Either way, it's way cool.
